Technical Business Development Director

As a Technical Sales Manager, you will lead growth in the Embedded Computing Division, focusing on key markets such as Transportation, Aerospace, and Defence.
Key Accountabilities:
- Drive new business growth through effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, informing business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling proposals and close deals.
Qualifications:
- Degree in engineering (electronics, computer science, aerospace, etc.) or commercial discipline.
- Proven experience in selling embedded computing solutions, particularly in rugged computing systems for defence, aerospace, and transportation.
- Strong relationship management skills and a successful sales track record.
- Excellent communication skills with an aptitude for conveying complex technical information.
A competitive salary £70,000 - £90,000 per annum + performance-related bonuses. Comprehensive benefits package including income protection, pension, life assurance, and a company car.
