About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team at Summer Browning Associates. As part of our IT Operations Practice, you will be responsible for providing technical engineering capability for our Web Operations team, supporting production systems, and working with Agile development teams to deliver new services in a highly available and supportable configuration using DevOps processes and tooling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable and secure AWS infrastructure using Terraform
  • Develop and deploy RESTful APIs using AWS API Gateway, SageMaker Studio, and Lambda
  • Work with data services such as ElastiCache, Glue, SQS, Athena, and Kafka to ensure seamless data processing and analytics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest DevOps tools and technologies to ensure our infrastructure remains secure and efficient

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with AWS services, including API Gateway, SageMaker, and Lambda
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform and scripting/programming languages such as Groovy, Python, Java, or Go
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic BPSS clearance required
