Key Responsibilities- Assess patients' physical needs and develop personalized treatment plans to improve their mobility and function.
- Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to promote optimal health outcomes.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Document patient progress and outcomes to inform treatment decisions and quality improvement initiatives.
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
- State of Maine licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Current, valid driver's license to operate a motor vehicle, with vehicle available for work covered by liability insurance as specified by agency policy.
- Current certification in Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers.
- Minimum one year of full-time equivalent experience in a supervised setting.
