Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and dedicated Clinical Pharmacist to join our Mental Health and Substance Use Pharmacy Team. The successful candidate will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver a patient-centered and effective Clinical Pharmacy Service.

Responsibilities and Requirements

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Delivering a high-quality Clinical Pharmacy Service across various clinical settings
  • Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared goals
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with patients and colleagues

We offer a competitive salary of £**£60,000-£80,000** per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including opportunities for professional development and training.
