Financial Assistant and Administrator

We are seeking a part-time Accounts Assistant and Administrator to join our team in Blackpool, FY4 area.
The successful candidate will assist the accounts department with Excel data reports and analysis, orders and return processing, using SAGE 200 for day-to-day duties.
Salary: £11.44 per hour (estimated based on industry standards)
Job Description:
- Assist the accounts department with Excel data reports and analysis, orders and return processing, using SAGE 200 for day-to-day duties
- Process company credit card statements on an Excel sheet using pivot tables to total nominal values
- Aid in company quarterly stock take
- Use company portals to process orders from receiving order to invoicing
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Team player willing to help others in the department and company
- Good telephone manner and ability to deal with customer enquiries
