Job Title: Secondary School Cover Supervisor Position

Job Description: We are currently working in partnership with an outstanding secondary school in Carlisle who are actively recruiting for a Cover Supervisor with strong behaviour management skills. The role may also require you to work on a 1:1 basis with the pupils, so you must be open to a challenge. There is scope for this to become a temp to permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide cover supervision in a secondary school setting
* Work with pupils on a 1:1 basis
* Develop and implement behaviour management strategies

Requirements:

* Strong behaviour management skills
* Ability to work with pupils on a 1:1 basis
* Willingness to attend a registration interview
