About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Service Administrator to support our operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing incoming service purchase orders and documentation, acknowledging PO receipt to customers, and organizing travel arrangements and bookings. They will also assist with monitoring and maintaining service engineers' training records and company tool registers, as well as ensuring project data is accurately entered into our ERP system.

Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Process incoming service purchase orders and documentation
  • Acknowledge PO receipt to customers
  • Organize travel arrangements and bookings
  • Monitor and maintain service engineers' training records
