Community Hub Volunteer Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Hub Volunteer Manager to join our team at Jewish Care. As a key member of our Community Hub team, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a vibrant and connected local community.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment, training, and management of volunteers across our multi-site Community Hub. You will work closely with our Community Hub Manager, Operations Administrator, and Volunteering Department to ensure the smooth operation of our volunteer program.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying volunteer needs and opportunities across our Community Hub
  • Recruiting and onboarding new volunteers
  • Developing and implementing training programs for volunteers
  • Providing day-to-day operational support for volunteer management and engagement
  • Maintaining accurate volunteer records and reporting on key performance indicators
  • Collaborating with other services to support special projects and initiatives
