Your expertise in customer service, communication, and compassion will be essential in ensuring the success of our volunteer program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Volunteering Department to identify volunteer needs and opportunities.
- Create written role outlines to match volunteers with suitable opportunities.
- Recruit volunteers through various networks and organize recruitment events.
- Oversee onboarding and enrolment of volunteers.
- Implement and manage a training schedule for all volunteers.
- Maintain accurate volunteer records and provide relevant KPIs.
- Support and lead special projects in collaboration with other services.
- Plan and implement Thank You events and recognition during Volunteering Week.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience working with the elderly, people with dementia, and disabled people.
- Experience working with and training volunteers within a charity organization.
- Excellent admin skills and high level of IT literacy.
- Able to work independently and use initiative.
- Good knowledge of the Jewish Customs.
