We are seeking a Student Behaviour Interventionist to join our team at Protocol Education. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting students with Social Emotional Mental Health Challenges (SEMH support) and behaviour management.
As a Student Behaviour Interventionist, you will work closely with teachers and senior leadership to develop and implement behaviour programmes that support individual students or small groups in mainstream classes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing behaviour programmes.
- Supporting students with SEMH challenges.
- De-escalating challenging behaviour.

Our salary range for this role is £23,000 - £29,000 per annum, depending on experience, and we offer a temporary to permanent contract with up to 13 weeks/65 days holiday per annum. In addition, you will receive free online safeguarding and Prevent Duty training, as well as full assistance with DBS checks.
