As a key member of our culinary team at Sizzling Pub & Grill, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your skills and passion for delivering exceptional food experiences. As Head Chef, you'll be responsible for leading a team of talented chefs to create a kitchen that's the envy of the industry.

With a focus on quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction, you'll be driving the culinary vision for our pub brand. You'll work closely with our kitchen team to develop menus, train staff, and maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

As a leader, you'll be responsible for motivating and inspiring your team to deliver outstanding results. You'll be driven to smash targets and exceed customer expectations, while maintaining a positive and inclusive team culture.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing menu plans to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Leading a team of chefs to deliver high-quality food and exceptional customer service
  • Managing kitchen operations, including food ordering, preparation, and stock control
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Collaborating with other departments to drive business growth and improve customer experience
