Senior Sales Manager – A Key Leadership Position

We are a well-established brand in the building materials supply industry, recognised for our unique products and innovative business model. Our goal is to maximise basket spending within our distribution partners by offering a range of complementary products.

The Senior Sales Manager will lead a national sales team, focusing on upskilling and training to achieve high performance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and engaging the sales team
  • Upskilling and training to enhance team performance
  • Identifying areas for growth and development
  • Representing the company at industry events across the UK
  • Managing full P&L responsibility

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Experience within the building materials sector
  • Strong relationships with national merchants, buying groups, and independents
  • Proven leadership and sales development skills
