Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Vascular Surgery team at East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide exceptional care to patients undergoing vascular surgery, working closely with surgeons, anaesthetists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care needs of patients undergoing vascular surgery
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in internal shift rotation to provide 24-hour patient care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Carry out clinical procedures and treatments in line with patient care plans
