We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care to individuals with learning disabilities who have complex needs.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support, and will be expected to maintain accurate records and reports.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of individuals with learning disabilities
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Provide education and training to colleagues and other stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures
- Registered Learning Disability Nurse or equivalent qualification
- Experience of working with individuals with learning disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management and organizational skills
