About the Role

As a Sales and Marketing Treatment Coordinator, you'll play a key role in attracting and managing patient enquiries, tracking and monitoring marketing activities, and delivering a seamless patient journey throughout treatment. You'll work closely with our clinicians to grow their private patient base and help patients understand their treatment options.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attract and manage patient enquiries through digital marketing, social media, and events
  • Track and monitor the success of marketing activities
  • Deliver a best-in-class patient journey throughout treatment
  • Help patients understand treatment options and convert sales in line with revenue targets
  • Work closely with clinicians to grow their private patient base
