About the Role

As a Sales and Marketing Treatment Coordinator, you will play a key role in attracting and managing patient enquiries, tracking and monitoring the success of marketing activities, and delivering the best patient journey throughout the course of treatment. You will work closely with clinicians to help grow their private patients and have the confidence to approach new patients and external practice teams to market our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attract and manage patient enquiries through digital marketing, social media, and events
  • Track and monitor the success of marketing activities
  • Deliver the best patient journey throughout the course of treatment
  • Help patients understand all private dental treatment options available to them and convert sales in line with revenue targets
  • Work closely with clinicians to help grow their private patients
  • Confidence to approach new patients and external practice teams to market our services
