About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Treatment Coordinator to join our team at mydentist. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and marketing efforts to grow our private patient portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to attract and manage patient enquiries
  • Track and monitor the success of marketing activities to optimize results
  • Deliver exceptional patient journeys and manage the end-to-end treatment process
  • Provide patients with clear and concise information about private dental treatment options and convert sales in line with targets
  • Collaborate with our clinicians to grow their private patient portfolio and drive business growth

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a healthcare or customer-facing role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles and practices
