Our Team

The Sensor & Compute team at Oxa is responsible for designing and developing the AV platforms with high performance and reliability. We work closely with development teams to understand their needs and ensure that our solutions meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop AV network architecture and solutions with cutting-edge automotive-grade sensors and computers.
  • Design reference network topology and configurations for different types of autonomous vehicles.
  • Develop diagnostic features to monitor network health, performance, degradation, and fault detection.
  • Analyze network issues and improve network traffic stability and performance.
  • Work with stakeholders across the company to understand requirements and provide tools to support vehicle commissioning, configurations, and synchronization.

Requirements

To Succeed in this Role

  • You will need solid experience in enterprise or embedded systems network engineering.
  • Ability to work at scale (Automation and traceable deployment)
  • Deep knowledge of Unix/Linux Network stacks and diagnostics.
  • Experience with time-sensitive packet delivery.
  • Working knowledge of cellular modem connectivity.

Desirable Skills

  • Previous work in IoT and/or automotive fields.
  • Knowledge of Automotive Ethernet standards.
  • ISO 27001/26262 compliance work.
  • Solid Python or similar scripting capabilities.
