Oxa Autonomy is seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our Sensor & Compute team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing the AV platform's network architecture, ensuring high performance, reliability, and safety.

Our team is at the heart of Oxa's software and platform development, making it possible for vehicles to know where they are and what is around them. By analyzing network quality and health, our products enable vehicles to gauge and predict their own performance and safety margins.

Responsibilities
  • Develop AV network architecture and solutions with cutting-edge automotive-grade sensors and computers
  • Design reference network topology and configurations for different types of autonomous vehicles
  • Analyze network issues and improve network traffic stability and performance
  • Work with stakeholders across the company to understand requirements and provide tools to support vehicle commissioning, configurations, and synchronization
Requirements
  • Solid experience in enterprise or embedded systems network engineering
  • Ability to work at scale (Automation and traceable deployment)
  • Deep knowledge of Unix/Linux Network stacks and diagnostics
  • Experience with time-sensitive packet delivery
  • Working knowledge of cellular modem connectivity
  • Ability to communicate clearly on technical matters and work well with multiple stakeholders across several teams
