About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Architect to join our Sensor & Compute team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing the AV platform's network architecture and solutions with cutting-edge automotive-grade sensors and computers.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop AV network architecture and solutions with advanced sensors and computers.
  • Design reference network topology and configurations for different types of autonomous vehicles.
  • Develop diagnostic features to monitor network health, performance, degradation, and fault detection.
  • Analyze network issues and improve network traffic stability and performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to understand requirements and provide tools to support vehicle commissioning, configurations, and synchronization.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in enterprise or embedded systems network engineering.
  • Ability to work at scale with automation and traceable deployment.
  • Deep knowledge of Unix/Linux network stacks and diagnostics.
  • Experience with time-sensitive packet delivery.
  • Working knowledge of cellular modem connectivity.
  • Excellent communication skills to work with multiple stakeholders across several teams.
