Job Title: IT & Audio Visual Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled IT and AV Officer to lead and provide IT/AV support for teaching and administrative activities taking place in the Medical Sciences Teaching Centre (MSTC). This is a wide-ranging role that requires managing the MSTC teaching network, its associated servers, and AV equipment used by staff from various University departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the MSTC teaching network and associated servers
  • Provide IT/AV support for teaching and administrative activities
  • Manage AV equipment used by staff from various University departments
  • Develop and implement service improvements
Requirements:
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Technical skills to provide support and implement service improvements
  • Ability to engage with users to provide a first-rate customer-focussed service
