About the Role

The Blavatnik School of Government is seeking an AV Support Officer to provide first-line support for AV and IT-related requests across the core business areas of research, teaching, and professional services. The successful candidate will assist building users with operating meeting room facilities, work with the AV Manager to prepare for teaching and events, and aid in the design, installation, and programming of Audio-Visual systems. The role requires flexibility and support for occasional out-of-hours working to meet School needs.

About You

You will have previous experience in an AV support role, excellent knowledge of AV technologies, and experience in the setup, delivery, and development of collaboration and communication systems. You will also have demonstrable experience in delivering excellent customer service and technical support in an academic or corporate environment. The ability to work in a busy, pressured environment while organizing and prioritizing work to meet tight deadlines is essential.
