Job Title: Agency Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated individual to join our team as an Agency Care Assistant. As an Agency Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work within our group-owned residential service, supporting young adults with varying needs, including neurological conditions, physical and learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management
  • Promote independence and a sense of well-being among service users
  • Build strong relationships with service users and their families
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to provide high-quality care and support

Requirements:

  • Be over the age of 18 to apply
  • Have the right to work in the UK
  • Be a UK resident (we are unable to offer sponsorship)
  • Have 6 months prior experience in a healthcare setting
  • Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector
  • Be able to build a strong rapport with service users who have varying needs and abilities
  • Have a genuine passion for working in the healthcare sector
