Global Assignment Management Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Assignment Management Consultant to join our global mobility team at Alchemy Global Talent Solutions Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire global relocation and assignment management process for our clients' employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and arrange relocation, moving, and global mobility processes according to client specifications.
  • Conduct initial global assignment briefing calls to determine specific relocation requirements, working closely with assignees to ensure all needs are met.
  • Liaise with relocating assignees and clients, providing updates on the relocation process in both English and French.
  • Manage suppliers and third-party services required for the relocation process, including home search, destination services, temporary accommodation, household goods moving, visa and immigration services, language and cross-cultural training.
  • Deliver global mobility policy and benefits counselling, workflow administration, home rental coordination, financial services support, and supplier coordination.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and French is essential.
  • Previous experience in relocation or assignment management is essential.
  • Experience living and working overseas would be advantageous.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
