Job Description: As a Payroll and Bookkeeping Professional at Staffline Recruitment (NI) Ltd., you will be responsible for providing payroll and bookkeeping services to our clients. This includes preparing, processing, and reviewing financial records, as well as setting up new clients on the bookkeeping system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and process payroll and bookkeeping transactions.
  • Analyse account receivables and reconcile bank statements.
  • Monitor and control financial transactions and budgets.
  • Set up new clients on the bookkeeping system.
  • Arrange payments in line with authorisation limits.
  • Prepare and send payment reminders.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in handling numbers and calculations.
  • IT proficiency - Excel.
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.

Salary: £24,000 - £29,000 per annum.
