About the Position

We are seeking a compassionate Dedicated Mental Health Professional to join our Crisis Services Teams in the Western Trust area. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health care to individuals in crisis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals in crisis.
  • Assess and develop individualized mental health care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
