eXPD8 is seeking an experienced Instore Promotions Manager to join our team in the Wrexham LL13 8HL area. As a key member of our field-based retail merchandising team, you will work with high street retailers on behalf of prominent brands.

The estimated salary for this role is £29,000 - £34,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.

About the Position
  • In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective setup of fixtures, attractive product display, and well-stocked shelves.

You will work across various categories, including ad hoc projects, with confirmed working days/hours of 6 hours over Monday and Thursday, plus additional ad hoc work as agreed.

Main Responsibilities
  • Merchandising Compliance: You will adhere to merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies, and health and safety procedures. You will implement planograms where provided to ensure consistency and adherence.
  • Product Arrangement and Replenishment: You will optimize product placement on shelves and displays to enhance visibility and appeal.
  • Promotional and Point of Sale Setup: You will design and install promotional displays and signage to clearly communicate pricing information, discounts, and special offers.
  • Building Relationships: You will establish and maintain strong working relationships with instore colleagues, particularly department and store managers. You will provide accurate and timely feedback to our client account teams via our feedback platform.

  • Confident using a company tablet to access briefs, take photos, and respond to queries.
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle is a plus.
