Job Title: Document Controller

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team at Pertemps TM. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of projects, ensuring that all documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Main point of contact for designers, subcontractors, and clients, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Manage the CDE (Common Data Environment) for the project, ensuring that all documentation is properly stored and accessible.
  • Train others on the systems and processes, ensuring that all team members are equipped to manage project documentation effectively.
  • Act as the main point of contact for ongoing support and coaching, including third parties such as client teams, designers, and subcontractors.
  • Ongoing maintenance of project file naming protocols with the information manager and project team.
  • Validation, checking, and curation of all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
  • Attending interviews and liaising with the Project Team regularly.
Requirements:
  • Must have experience within Construction or a similar environment and working on projects.
  • Competent with Microsoft 365 suite of tools, specifically Excel, Teams, and Sharepoint.
  • Can work under pressure and manage a busy workload.
  • Well-organized and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize work.
  • Focused Team player.
