Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Supervisor to join our team in Rugby, Warwickshire. As a Mechanical Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the mechanical maintenance team to achieve exceptional plant reliability.

Key responsibilities include enforcing safe operations, maintaining environmental compliance, and executing maintenance plans efficiently. You will also be responsible for collaborating with the Planning Department to ensure suitable resources are available to deliver the maintenance plan.

Key Requirements
  • Apprenticeship or NVQ equivalent or National Certificate (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • At least 2 years' experience as a Mechanical Coordinator/Maintenance Team Leader or Deputy/Graduate Engineer in a cement plant
