Main Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage the engineering team in Rugby, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  2. Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  3. Monitor and control maintenance costs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maintaining a high level of efficiency.
  4. Provide technical expertise and support to the team, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this challenging role, you will require:

  1. Apprenticeship or NVQ equivalent or National Certificate (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering.
  2. Proven leadership and team management skills, with a track record of driving high-performance teams.
  3. Strong knowledge of industrial/manufacturing operations and procedures, with experience in maintenance coordination or leadership.
