Job Description:

As a Reliability Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of our plant in Rugby, Warwickshire. This is a full-time opportunity, and we are seeking an individual with 2 years' experience as a Mechanical Coordinator/Maintenance Team Leader or Deputy/Graduate Engineer in a cement plant.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve plant reliability
  2. Supervise and coordinate the mechanical maintenance plan to ensure optimal plant performance
  3. Collaborate with the Planning Department to source suitable parts, labour, and equipment
  4. Enforce safe operations and maintain environmental compliance
  5. Manage the section mechanical team concerning productivity, motivation, and discipline

Requirements:

  • Apprenticeship or NVQ equivalent or National Certificate (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 2 years' experience as a Mechanical Coordinator/Maintenance Team Leader or Deputy/Graduate Engineer in a cement plant
