About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Graduate Geotechnical Engineer to join our team at Navartis. As a key member of our geotechnical team, you will be responsible for delivering geotechnical projects across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with site investigation work across the UK, working closely with the wider team and manager to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct site investigations with due diligence, adhering to RSK procedures and completing projects within agreed cost budgets and time scales.
  • Develop strong communication skills to inform and liaise with project staff and clients, providing regular updates and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Undertake preliminary risk assessments and intrusive ground investigations, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting.
  • Log samples to current geotechnical standards, including laboratory scheduling and data collation.
About You
  • Previous site work experience is an advantage, particularly in trial pitting and drilling supervision or geotechnical monitoring.
  • BSc degree level qualification in geology, civil engineering, or a related environmental subject is essential.
  • MSc in a geotechnical, civil engineering, or environmental discipline is desirable.
  • Ability to log samples to BS 5930 A2 technical standards is required.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence is essential.
