Experience required… 

Essential: 

Degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, including site investigation, analysis, design, and project management Technical Skills: Proficiency in geotechnical software (e.g., GeoStudio, PLAXIS, SLOPE/W, etc.) and CAD tools. Strong understanding of soil mechanics, foundation design, and ground improvement techniques Demonstrable experience of working with the Design Team Leaders, Principal Designer and Discipline Manager(s) to deliver designs for UK projects within the Geotechnical discipline Experience of Site investigations, analysis and design Strong background in CDM / health and safety practices Liaise with the Client and our Community partners to ensure solutions that are developed are suitable for buildability and maintainability Experience of stakeholder engagement and collaboration between disciplines Experience of working with DMRB and all relevant technical standards Experience of developing, and providing guidance to, less experienced staff Experience of checking designs, design reports and other technical documents Experience of checking design calculations Strong commercial acumen and ability manage programmes
