We are seeking a skilled Service Delivery Specialist to join our team in Manchester. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the high-quality delivery of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of defined change management processes, taking into account available resources and capacity within the team.
  • Provide support to day-to-day operations, helping manage major incidents and perform routine health checks within the product team.
  • Carry out performance reviews alongside our Product teams and third-party suppliers and integrate with problem management processes.
  • Collaborate with our Delivery Managers to drive service readiness projects and implement service management principles.
Requirements
  • Experience working in an agile, collaborative environment.
  • An ITIL foundation qualification or the ability to demonstrate a depth of knowledge across multiple ITIL processes.
  • The ability to prioritize your workload based on changes to business needs.
  • A good understanding of any appropriate technology and its relevance to the business.
