About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our team at Megan's at by the Castle (Guildford). As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for supporting our Sous Chef and Head Chef in creating a fun and inclusive kitchen environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Producing high-quality food from fresh ingredients in a fast-paced all-day dining environment.
  • Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in maintaining high standards and a positive kitchen culture.

  • A competitive hourly rate of £14ph, inclusive of a non-contractual tronc scheme.
