Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Theatre Practitioner to join our clinical team at Hywel Dda University Health Board. This is an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse or operating departmental practitioner to work closely with leading consultants and professionals in providing high-quality care to patients.

The successful candidate will have current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) or Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), along with a commitment to undertaking continuing professional development. Knowledge of all surgical specialties within the operating department is essential, while experience in supervision/teaching is desirable.

As a Theatre Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and experiences for patients, working collaboratively as part of the wider hospital team to ensure continuity in patient care. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable but not required.
