About the Role

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our care home team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring that our residents receive the best possible treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To assess and diagnose patients' conditions, developing and implementing effective treatment plans.
  • To work closely with the healthcare team to ensure seamless coordination of care and effective communication.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports, including incident reports and medication administration records.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have current NMC registration and a strong understanding of clinical practices. You should also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including free training and development opportunities, access to wellbeing and support tools, and a generous rewards package.
