Nurse Vacancy: Nurse Practitioner - Haemodialysis
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Nurse to join our team at Carmarthen Dialysis Unit. As a Nurse Practitioner - Haemodialysis, you will be responsible for the assessment and care of patients with chronic kidney disease or acute kidney injury, working autonomously with support from Healthcare Assistants on each shift.
Carmarthen Dialysis Unit operates 30 haemodialysis stations using the latest equipment, in partnership with Swansea Bay Trust. You will work various shifts between 6.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Saturday.
