This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires experience as a Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, or Registered Mental Health Nurse. As a Nurse Functional Assessor, you will use your clinical expertise to assess how a person's disability or health condition affects their daily life.
- You will conduct telephone, video, or face-to-face assessments to understand how a person's disability or health condition affects their daily life.
- You will produce Work Capability Assessment (WCA) reports to help the Department for Work and Pensions determine a person's eligibility for benefits.
- You will develop your clinical knowledge and assessment skills with the support of regular feedback and supervision.
The salary for this role is £39,500 per year, and we offer a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements, comprehensive training, and ongoing support and mentorship.
