Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Care Scheduler to join our team in Sheffield. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for creating and managing staff rotas, assigning visits to care workers, and working closely with our Recruitment Team to plan workforce capacity.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality care. You will also have a proven track record in coordinating within a domiciliary care setting and hold a Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Create and manage staff rotas using a computer-based roster system
  2. Assign visits to care workers based on service user needs and preferences
  3. Work closely with our Recruitment Team to plan workforce capacity

Salary and Benefits

£25,000 - £25,400 per annum, plus a generous bonus scheme, 24 days of holiday plus bank holidays, and free parking.
