About the Role

SalesNet is seeking a Business Growth Manager to lead the development of new business opportunities in the field of telecoms solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

This role requires:

  • Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in the field of telecoms solutions
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients to increase sales revenue
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activity and performance metrics

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 2+ years' experience in a business-to-business sales environment
  • A strong understanding of telecoms solutions and their applications in various industries
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is £32k - £58k, reflecting the company's commitment to attracting top talent and rewarding high performers.
