About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at Warner Bros. International Television Production Limited. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial planning and analysis support to our business directors and management teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely delivery of financial management reporting packs, including monthly US GAAP financial reports and quarterly re-forecasts.
  • Collaborate with the FP&A team to review accuracy and consistency of budget and re-forecast dataloads into SAP.
  • Understand and validate assumptions used in programme slates, including per episode revenues and cost production ultimates.
  • Track Opco capital expenditure budgets, re-forecasts, and annual spend, ensuring costs/benefit analysis is provided for all proposed investments.
  • Ensure accurate and timely cash-flow forecasting and reporting, including analysis of related assumptions and variations.
  • Support the local Opco Management Team, addressing any issues with financial systems or procedures that might impede the successful operation or development of the business.
Requirements
  • Experience of working in the international TV production and/or format business, ideally in a multinational, multicurrency environment.
  • Graduate or graduate calibre.
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
  • Proven ability to work as a business partner to senior management, with a variety of functional responsibilities and ability to interact effectively and influence across all levels of management.
