**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to promote wellbeing and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant legislation and organisational policies, ensuring compliance and adherence to professional standards.

**Salary and Benefits:**

A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
