Responsibilities- Support the teacher in delivering high-quality education and creating an engaging learning environment
- Provide individualised support for pupils and facilitate effective classroom management
- Ensure all pupils, including those with diverse learning needs, are able to access the curriculum successfully
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and staff. They will also be flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
A competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including optional subsidised private health care, free school lunches during term time, and cycle to work scheme.
