Classroom Support Professional

At Protocol Education Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Classroom Support Professional to join our team on a temporary, full-time basis. As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers in the planning, preparation, and delivery of learning activities.
About the Role:You will work with individuals and groups of students, helping to reinforce learning and provide additional support where needed. You will also assist in the assessment of students' progress and contribute to the overall educational development of pupils.
Key Responsibilities:- Support teachers in lesson planning and delivery
- Work with students individually and in groups to reinforce learning
- Assist with student assessments and progress tracking
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
- Enhanced DBS check
- GCSEs in English and Maths
- Prior experience working in a classroom setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Understanding of safeguarding procedures
