Support Worker

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents.
- Implement care plans and therapeutic interventions.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all residents.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children in a residential or similar setting and a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. A relevant qualification in childcare or social care is desirable.
