Transaction Reporting Manager

William Rose Associates is partnering with an established investment firm to find a skilled Transaction Reporting Manager to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations within the Regulatory Reporting team, ensuring accurate and timely submissions to regulatory bodies.
  • Manage reporting across various asset classes, including Equity, Fixed Income, FX, Funds, and OTC derivatives.
  • Provide guidance and escalation support to analysts as needed.
  • Maintain and refine team procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with senior management to create management information reports.
Requirements
  • Expertise in EMIR and MiFID II trade and transaction reporting.
  • Previous experience supervising or managing a regulatory reporting team.
  • Strong knowledge of multiple asset classes.
  • Proven ability to train and develop team members.
