Job Title: Transaction Reporting BA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Transaction Reporting BA to join our team at Crown Agents Bank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely reporting of transactions and trades in accordance with EMIR and MIFID regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Remediation of MIFID and EMIR Reporting: Validate the population of trades to be reported, validate reporting templates, submit back-reports, and manage exceptions arising.
  • Establish and Perform Daily Reporting Processes: Set up and action daily transaction and trade reporting processes for MIFID (transaction and PTT) and EMIR, including exception management and data quality assurance processes.
  • Design and Develop Management Information Reports: Create daily and monthly Management Information reports for the function.
  • Build and Perform Periodic Reconciliations: Develop and perform periodic reconciliations for the function, including daily completeness reconciliation, periodic reconciliation to Univista, and periodic reconciliation to DTCC and MDP.
  • Documentation and Training: Document procedures and train colleagues on daily and periodic processes.
Requirements:
  • Advanced Excel Capability: Proficient in using Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge of MIFID and EMIR Trade and Transaction Reporting: Excellent understanding of MIFID and EMIR Trade and Transaction Reporting requirements.
  • Self-Motivated and Deadline-Oriented: Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in Transaction Reporting: At least 5 years' experience in Transaction Reporting for relevant instruments.
  • Previous Experience with Back-Reporting: Previous experience with back-reporting and daily reporting processes.
