Job Title: Transaction Reporting Specialist

Quilter plc, a leading provider of advice, investment platforms, multi-asset investment solutions, and discretionary fund management, is seeking a skilled Transaction Reporting Specialist to join its Settlements team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and resolving issues related to transaction reporting, data collation, and system enhancements. They will work closely with the Settlements Manager and other teams to improve operational processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reconcile and resolve transaction reporting discrepancies
  • Collate and analyze data for MI reporting
  • Coordinate the Transaction Reporting Working Group
  • Test and implement system enhancements and fixes
  • Manage data flows with third-party reconciliation partners
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry best practices
