Job Role

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.

We are seeking a highly competent and proactive individual to join our team as a Care Coordinator at a Primary Care Network. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality women's health care, working closely with healthcare professionals and patients to achieve outstanding outcomes.

Main Tasks
  • Scheduling Appointments: You will schedule appointments efficiently, using EMIS Web to manage bookings and communicate with patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Managing Stock Requests: You will process stock requests, ensuring timely delivery and effective inventory management.
  • Liaising with Partners: You will develop strong relationships with partners, including practices and healthcare professionals, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
